Since 2004, Will has been concentrating on commercial real estate sales and development. He has also assisted buyers and sellers of plantations, timber tracts, farm land, and recreational properties. As of 2015, Will is the leader of the team that is the exclusive representative of Georgetown County in real estate matters.

Since 1998, Melba has been the cheery voice on the phone helping people to find rental property and storage spaces.
Since 1986, Rosalee has enjoyed working with home buyers and sellers. She has a unique perspective, which helps her be a consistent hard worker.
Since 1992, Eileen has been a top producer in residential sales for our office. She is very active in the community serving on various boards and organizations and is a faithful member of Georgetown Presbyterian Church.
Since 2011, Jane has worked to find dream homes for buyers. Her background in mortgage banking, estate planning, education and health care gives her a exceptional viewpoint that she brings to her relationship with customers and clients.
Appraiser and Sales Associate
Since 2013, Gray has been actively listing and selling real estate in Georgetown. He draws on his experience as a licensed commercial appraiser since 2000 and as a former deputy county assessor.
Since 1991 Cathy has specialized in residential home sales and property management. She currently has horses and a small hobby farm and as an owner of investment properties, understands the needs of real estate investment buyers too.
Since 2011, Challie has been personal assistant to Bubba Grimes our President.
Since 2012, Rowdy has been busily greeting every visitor with a bark and dance around their feet searching for toes to lick.
